SOMOS Success Story Featured in SICH Newsletter

SOMOS Mayfair programming was highlighted as a success story in a recent SCCPHD newsletter. The Santa Clara County Public Health Department has a campaign that joins Partnerships to Improve Community Health (PICH) and SOMOS Mayfair to activate parks and increase physical activity in our local communities.
