Jóvenes Activos
Jóvenes Activos is a youth-led program that nurtures leadership, creativity, and community involvement in young people by offering mentorship, workshops, and opportunities to practice digital and traditional organizing through the lens of a creative change-maker. The group is designed for East San Jose youth ages 12-18.

Parents throughout the Alum Rock School District develop their leadership, organize meetings and actions to shift policy, and improve the quality of education for students and families through policy change and action. Parents take the lead in identifying the issues and guiding strategy.

Vecinos Activos
Vecinos Activos organizes tenant families in Mayfair and across San José. Community members conduct root-cause analysis of neighborhood issues that impact and advance the Mayfair community platform. Through direct action and policy change, families are organizing to address permanent affordability, neighborhood development without displacement, and create alternative housing opportunities.
